David came highly recommended by my father and a close personal friend and Kimberly Jewelry was my first and only choice when it came time for an engagement ring. He worked with my Fiancé and I to craft a beautiful custom ring using family heirlooms paired with diamonds he hand selected. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly astonishing and we could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. It is also worth noting that his repair work is second to none after he rebuilt a century old platinum ring for my Mother. I look forward to our next project at Kimberly Jewelry!

I took in an old Ansonia mantle clock that had a broken spring. Ralph came out and looked it over. He told me things about the clock I never knew. He quoted 80-$100 but said it could be less. 6 days later, they called and said it was ready. They gave me the bill and it was $43.00. I couldn't believe it. Beyond impressed. The way I found Kimberly Jewelry was I had first taken the clock to a clock repair store around the corner. I was quoted $450.00 for the same repair and months to get it done. I said no and picked it up. I was reading their reviews on yelp and they were terrible, but 2 mentioned their terrible experiences at this place and said they found Kimberly Jewelry around the corner. Both were very pleased with the work, price and timeline Kimberly provided. Great place and thanks for such a great job Ralph!

Great customer service! Answered all my questions promptly and did the work efficiently to repair my husbands Fossil watch that crystal was broke. Thank you so much! Love the inventory too when I visited!

I came to Kimberly in a bit of a panic after another jeweler failed to properly seal my waterproof watch after a battery change, which allowed water to get inside. Kimberly was not only incredibly professional but also quick to diagnose and fix the issue. They carefully dried out my watch and expertly tightened it back up, restoring the waterproof seal perfectly. Their attention to detail and knowledge really impressed me. It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and they went above and beyond to ensure my watch was back in perfect condition. I will now only trust Kimberly's with my watch and any other jewelry needs. Their excellent service and expertise have earned my loyalty. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem! John helped me choose a wedding band and one for my fiance. He had really great suggestions and listened to my ideas. When I picked up the rings, the owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this store for custom jewelry as well as any repairs that need to be made. They made a big decision really easy!

Kimberly Jewelry is the only place my family will buy jewelry! Not only is the selection amazing they always make sure you are taken care of from bringing in stones for a new piece to super quick resizing and repair. 10/10 would recommend.

Two prongs of my engagement ring have moved and the diamond was lose. They not only repaired my ring but also cleaned my diamond. The total cost was $32! I expected to pay much more.

Davis and the whole team there is great. This is my primary jewelry store from here on out. The helped me with my wedding ring that I had my fathers ashes made into a diamond , placed into a ring by them. Their trust and professionalism is unmatched
